Alexander Holtz is the Owner of HML Holtz, an international law firm for patent and trademark law, as well as International service and employment law.
After studying law in Freiburg And Munich, Alexander Holtz passed his first and Second Legal State Examinations in Munich. During his studies, he acquired extensive business knowledge at Daimler AG. During his Work in the Office of former Federal Minister of Justice Hans A. Engelhard, with focus on key issues of German reunion.
The privatization of German Air traffic Control and the NATO troop reduction led to a focus on employment and service law issues. That is why Alexander Holtz has been a Lawyer for the Employees of various international Organisations since 2001, in particular the European Patent Office, and also represents staff interests before the Court of the International Labour Organisation in Geneva.
